A delegation from Raleigh traveled to Compiegne, France—one of Raleigh’s Sister Cities—to celebrate the 30th anniversary of sisterhood. The weekend was filled with festivities, including a Joan of Arc festival, a meeting in City Hall with Mayor Philippe Marini and other city officials and several celebratory meals.
