I love being outside and teaching people the difference between store-bought produce and fresh-from-the farm produce. It’s all local, from North Carolina. I love the changing of the seasons and the different produce—you don’t know that in the grocery store. Here, we can tell you what’s in season and how to cook it. I’ve been here for five years now, but the family’s been here over 50 years.
