When will my subscription begin?

Your subscription request will be processed immediately. Your first issue should arrive within 4-6 weeks of your order. If you have not received your first issue within eight weeks, please contact us at customerservice@waltermagazine.com or (919) 836-5613.

October issue—Subscribe by Wednesday, September 11
November issue—Subscribe by Monday, October 14
December issue—Subscribe by Monday, November 11
January/February issue—Subscribe by Thursday, December 12
March issue—Subscribe by Tuesday, February 11
April issue—Subscribe by Tuesday, March 10
May issue—Subscribe by Tuesday, April 14
June issue—Subscribe by Tuesday, May 12
July/August issue—Subscribe by Wednesday, June 10
September issue—Subscribe by Monday, August 10

 

How can I stop getting duplicate copies of WALTER magazine?

Please notify us if you are getting two copies of the same issue. We will need the name and address as they appear on both of the mailing labels.

 

I will be moving soon. How do I change my address?

You can update your address here. We will make sure your magazine follows you to your new home.

 

How do I order a gift subscription?

Do you have a friend that enjoys WALTER as much as you do? You may order a gift subscription here.

 

What should I do if my issue arrives damaged or did not arrive at all?

We are happy to mail you a replacement issue if supplies permit. Please notify us.
